Levofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluroquinolone antibiotic with a bactericidal effect agains:

Indications
Lexoflon is used in cattle for the treatment of bacterial diseases of the respiratory system, digestive system, obstetric and gynecological diseases - metritis and mastitis, surgical diseases and soft tissue infections (such as abscesses, phlegmons) caused by levofloxacin–sensitive pathogens, including colibacteriosis, pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, staphylococcosis and mycoplasma infections.

Restrictions
Contraindications and special instructions:
For females during pregnancy and feeding offspring, the drug is used, if necessary, under the supervision of a veterinarian based on an assessment of the ratio of the expected benefit to the possible risk of its use.

Simultaneous use of the drug with glucocorticoids is prohibited due to an increased risk of tendinitis and / or tendon rupture, with tetracyclines and macrolides due to an increase in the toxic effect of levofloxacin. It is not recommended using levofloxacin simultaneously with ethanol.

Withdrawal period:
meat: 9 days
milk: 4 days
