Pharmacological properties

Gonadorelin (GnRH), which is part of the drug, is a synthetic analogue of the natural hormone of the hypothalamus, which stimulates the release and secretion of gonadotropins from the pituitary gland: follicle-stimulating (FSH) and luteinizing (LH) hormones.

Indications

Fergolin is used in cattle for stimulation the induction of estrus, synchronization of the sexual cycle, treatment of follicular cysts and ovarian hypofunction and normalization of the sexual cycle.
